RAILSHINE is happy to announce its presence to the biggest railway fair in the world, InnoTrans 2024 at Berlin, Germany, from 24th to 26th of September 2024.
The global railway industry is in high level of development. In many countries, electrification programmes disrupt methods of maintenance in rail maintenance depots for electric trains and diesel locomotives, and the capacity of depots to answer to the new demands.
RAILSHINE will proposed, in addition with its famous Train Provisioning Equipment, two new products on its own for railway depots, elevated tracks and tunnels:
1/ The elevated tracks named DEPOTPODA® : a custom-made solution which guarantees sustaining well the train efforts during entering, moving, stopping and stabling while making easier the installation of the elevated tracks by the depot builders which incldues DEPOTPODA® workshop fastenings and steel columns : PAGE DEPOTPODA
2/ Yhe rigid catenary design named AERIUM PAC 110-2, to optimize all efforts on the catenary and reduce significantly the duration of installation thanks to a huge work in ingeniery.
RAILSHINE Train Feeding Solutions, which allows to guide national railway networks and rail industrial players in the modification of maintenance methods, answers to this evolution.
- Improving the productivity and reducing maintenance delay, by managing electrical and diesel train on a same track of a rail depot, by shortening duration of electrical trains moves
- Strengthening operators safety, by integrating in a unique interlocking system all equipment (retractable rigis catenaries, echaust fumes extraction system, overhead cranes…), securing of train access (gap compensator), and safety doors for roof access
- Securize the train rolling on rail track inside depots with pits thanks to provisioning of elevated tracks
- Improving the healthy environment of the workers thanks to the exhaust fume extraction system.
RAILSHINE proposes a global solution for electrical train supply thanks to substations and power supply plug alongside tracks to feed the electric rolling stocks.
