Railshine delivers its new road-rail truck, a unique concept in Europe

After two years of preparation and tests, the new concept of road-rail truck by Railshine enters now in the commercialization phase, thanks to the success of its first deliveries.

This road-rail truck, named Multi-Flex VRR8x4 is a unique product which goes to revolutionize the productivity on railway infrastructure works. Indeed, this machine, specifically designed for railway works, enables a high flexibility on work sites thanks to:

• A 100% hydrostatic system with two bogies that enables an important load of the vehicule on tracks, until 45t,
• A truck specifically designed for railroad works, with dedicated cameras which facilitate re-railing and driving, with controls that manage walking pace drive, and with ergonomic rail driving control system in the cab,
• A truck lifting arm directly integrated on the truck, allowing to transport different structures for construction or renovation of railway tracks, whether it is civil works or specific rail works. In addition of all those innovative advantages, Railshine proposes its concept on basis of last generation Volvo FMX truck, Euro 6 class.
